This policy applies to alex-tim.com and describes what personal data is collected and how it is processed. The data controller is Aleksandr Timofeev (the "Operator"), contact: info@alex-tim.com. Processing follows Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

What data is collected

The contact form collects your name, e-mail address and message text. The affected data subjects are site visitors. The web server automatically keeps standard access logs: IP address, user agent, date and time, requested pages.

Purposes and legal basis

Form data is processed for a single purpose: to review your message and reply to you. Access logs are processed to keep the site secure and operational. The legal basis is your consent given by ticking the checkbox in the form. No special or biometric data categories are processed and no automated decisions with legal effect are made.

Transfer to third parties

The form content is delivered to the Operator as a notification via Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.), which constitutes a cross-border transfer to that service's servers. Data is not sold and is not shared with any other third party except where required by law.

Retention and erasure

Form messages are kept until the purpose is achieved (the correspondence is finished) and are then deleted. Access logs are kept for at most 6 months and are removed automatically by rotation. If consent is withdrawn, data is erased within 30 days of the request.

Cookies and analytics

The site stores a cookie with your language preference. Anonymous usage statistics are collected by Google Analytics (Google LLC, USA — cross-border transfer) and Yandex.Metrika (Yandex LLC, Russia), which set their own cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser; the site remains functional.

Consent and its withdrawal

By submitting the form with the consent checkbox ticked you consent to the processing of your personal data under this policy. The consent remains valid until the purposes are achieved or until you withdraw it, which you can do at any time by writing to info@alex-tim.com.

Your rights

You may request information about the processing of your data, its correction, blocking or erasure, and may appeal against the Operator's actions to the supervisory authority or in court. Requests are accepted at info@alex-tim.com.
